GoodWriter User Agreement

By accessing or using the GoodWriter platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this platform.

GoodWriter integrates ChatGPT technology to generate fundraising appeals for nonprofit organizations. Please read the following terms carefully, as they contain important information about limitations and expectations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing and using the GoodWriter platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement, and any applicable laws and regulations. We may revise this Agreement at any time without notice. If you continue to use FundraiserGPT after such changes, this will signify your agreement to the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

   GoodWriter provides fundraising appeal generation services using AI technology, including but not limited to ChatGPT. The generated content is provided as-is, and is to be used at your own risk.

3. Limitations of ChatGPT and AI Technology

   ChatGPT and other AI technologies have certain limitations that you should be aware of:

   1. Inaccuracies

      While we strive to provide accurate information, the AI models may generate content that contains errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying the information before using it in any fundraising appeals or other materials.

   2. Date-limited Knowledge Cut-off

      ChatGPT's knowledge is based on information available up until a specific cut-off date. As such, it may not reflect the most current events, trends, or discoveries. You should independently verify any time-sensitive information.

   3. Hallucinations

      AI models may sometimes generate content that is factually incorrect or inconsistent with known facts. This phenomenon is known as "hallucination." You should carefully review and verify the content before using it in any public-facing material.

4. User Responsibilities

   You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GoodWriter complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You agree to use the generated content responsibly and with due consideration to the aforementioned limitations.

5. Intellectual Property

   All intellectual property rights related to GoodWriter and the underlying technology, including ChatGPT, remain with GoodWriter or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GoodWriter for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

6. Disclaimers

   GoodWriter is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall GoodWriter be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use GoodWriter, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your access to GoodWriter at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

9. Governing Law

   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoodWriter is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
